Attorney Jernej Radež, LL.M., graduated cum laude from the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana in 2012 and that same year began working as a judicial trainee at the Higher Court in Ljubljana.

Attorney Jernej Radež, LL.M., graduated cum laude from the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana in 2012 and that same year began working as a judicial trainee at the Higher Court in Ljubljana. After passing the bar exam, he spent two years as an attorney candidate at Odvetniška družba Zdolšek, and in 2016 enrolled in the LL.M. program in Law and Finance at the Institute for Law and Finance, Goethe University Frankfurt am Main. During his studies in Frankfurt, Jernej Radež also completed a several-month internship at the local office of the American law firm Mayer Brown. After completing his master’s degree, he joined Odvetniška družba Čeferin in partnerji o.p., d.o.o. in the autumn of 2017 as an attorney specializing in commercial and criminal law. In 2020, together with attorney Dr. Maruša Varl, LL.M., he founded the law office Radež Varl, which operated as a civil law practice. In 2024, he founded Odvetniška družba Radež o.p., d.o.o., where he is a partner and director.
