Under Article 14 of the Constitution of the Republic of Slovenia, everyone is guaranteed equal human rights and fundamental freedoms, irrespective of national origin, race, sex, language, religion, political or other belief, financial status, birth, education, social status, disability, or any other personal circumstance. Respecting our clients’ human rights is the guiding principle of our work.

We represent clients in constitutional appeal proceedings and before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. We also prepare petitions on their behalf to initiate proceedings for the review of the constitutionality or legality of regulations and general acts.
